You can use a receipt printer or an A4 printer to print your receipt.
Receipt printing begings as soon as the Cash Payment or Card Payment -button is clicked at the checkout. When the print preview opens, configure the following if you have a Citizen ct-s 310II receipt printer.
Make sure that the Citizen ct-s310II receipt printer is selected as receipt printer. Click the More Settings -link if the paper size and border options aren't displayed. Select the paper size Receipt length 80x3267mm. For Borders, select None. Then click the Print -button. If the text of the printout is partially cut off, changce settings to "Minimize" under Borders -section and try to see if the problem is resolved. Also Uncheck the Header and Footer.
